Instagram is crashing on uncountable devices!
Reports of Instagram crashes both on iOS and Android have flooded Twitter whenever users share images or stories. In fact, the buzz remained alive for a remarkable period of time before it finally ceased.
The bug appeared in the most recent 10.4.0 and 10.4.1 updates on Android and iOS respectively. The developers were unable to pinpoint the bug; however, Instagram users were encountering a blank screen whenever they tapped (+) for sharing contents. The screen turned black, implied the app crashed.
You can follow Instagram’s suggestions for getting rid of the problem.
INSTRUCTION FOR IOS USERS:
At first, restart your smartphone and run the Instagram app. If it doesn’t work, uninstall the app to install it once more and then sign in again.
INSTRUCTION FOR ANDROID USERS:
You are simply required to uninstall to reinstall the app and sign in again if you’re facing issues.
If the problem persists, then users are only entitled to wait till Instagram launches another bug-free update.
